This platform was developed to empower Kenyan farmers by providing a professional digital marketplace for high-quality agricultural inputs. The project combines a robust e-commerce engine with service-based consulting, bridging the gap between professional agronomy and retail.

1. Dynamic Agricultural Catalog

I designed a structured shop layout that handles diverse product categories, from certified seeds and agrochemicals to livestock feeds.

  • Variable Pricing: Implemented multi-variant product options (e.g., Aster Extrim) allowing users to select quantities with automatic price updates.
  • Direct Conversion: Integrated “Buy via WhatsApp” buttons on every product to cater to the local preference for conversational commerce and expert consultation.

2. Specialized Service Modules

Beyond retail, I created dedicated sections for Dairy, Poultry, and Farm Consulting. This positions the brand as a knowledge partner rather than just a shop, featuring professional guidance and strategic management plans for agribusiness scaling.

3. Sales & Retention Tools

  • Incentive Systems: Integrated a dynamic coupon loading system and a “Deal of the Day” banner to drive urgent sales for specific categories like poultry feeds.
