Samwest Distributors is a high-volume wholesale platform designed to serve as a one-stop digital warehouse for household essentials and groceries. The project’s objective was to create an organized, scalable B2C and B2B interface that simplifies “bulk stocking” for families and small retailers.

Key Features & Implementation

1. Bulk Inventory Management

I developed a complex product architecture tailored for wholesale quantities, ensuring clear pricing for large units:

• Staples & Grains: Managing 25kg to 90kg units for rice, sugar, and cereals.
• Bale & Carton Logic: Grouping smaller items (flour, noodles, soaps) into professional wholesale units (e.g., Bales of 12/24) to streamline bulk purchasing.
• Multi-Category Navigation: Built a diverse catalog spanning Cooking Oils, Personal Care, Dairy, and Cleaning Supplies.

2. Conversational Commerce Integration

To facilitate large-scale orders and logistics, I integrated a WhatsApp-First checkout system. This allows buyers to transition from a digital cart to a direct conversation with a distribution agent, perfect for coordinating “Free Delivery” on qualifying bulk orders.

3. User Experience & Trust

• Incentive Highlighting: Developed custom badges for Secure Payments and Reliable Delivery to reassure high-ticket buyers.
• Social Validation: Integrated a customer testimonial module (e.g., Sarah M.) to highlight the brand’s reliability and customer service excellence.
• Mobile Optimization: Designed for “stocking on the go,” allowing shop owners to refill inventory quickly via a lightweight mobile interface.

Technical Specifications
