I built an e-commerce platform for Mark Holdings, featuring a specialized motorbike and spare parts inventory with integrated WhatsApp ordering for seamless lead conversion.

Mark Holdings Limited is a specialized motorbike dealership and service hub. The goal was to build a robust e-commerce storefront that simplifies the purchase of high-value motorbikes (like the Bajaj series) and technical spare parts. I focused on creating a “trust-first” digital experience that bridges the gap between online browsing and offline sales.
Key Features & Implementation
1. Specialized E-commerce Catalog
I developed a structured product architecture to manage two distinct inventory types:
- High-Value Assets: Dedicated listings for motorbikes (Bajaj 100KS, 125HD, 150HD) featuring clear pricing and technical specifications.
- Granular Spare Parts & Accessories: A searchable database for specific components like piston assemblies, bearings, and safety gear (Aaron Helmets).
2. “Order on WhatsApp” Integration
Recognizing the local market’s preference for direct negotiation and inquiry, I replaced the traditional complex checkout with a Direct-to-WhatsApp feature. Each product includes a one-click button that sends the specific product details to the sales team, significantly increasing lead conversion rates.
3. Clean, Conversion-Oriented UI
- Visual Clarity: Used high-quality product grids and a minimalist “Skip to Content” navigation to keep the focus on the inventory.
- Search Functionality: Implemented a prominent search bar to help mechanics and riders find specific spare parts (e.g., “BEARING 6003”) instantly.
- Expert Guidance Callouts: Strategically placed “Need Help?” sections to encourage users to request quotations and expert maintenance advice.
Technical Specifications
- Platform: WordPress with WooCommerce (customized for “catalog mode”).
- Performance: Optimized for fast image loading to ensure a smooth experience on mobile devices, which account for the majority of the site’s traffic.
- Security: Integrated SSL and reliable contact forms to ensure safe communication for high-value business inquiries.
